Nadir Khalil is a global disputes lawyer specialized in international arbitration. His practice spans the full spectrum of dispute resolution, with a focus on energy sector disputes, post-M&A and joint venture disputes and disputes involving sovereigns and government-owned enterprises.

He acts as lead counsel in arbitrations under a wide range of instititutional and non-institutional rules, including those of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

Nadir also acts as legal consultant and senior attorney in the arbitration practice of Linklaters LLP in Amsterdam.

He is qualified to practice in the Netherlands and England and Wales.
